  Excellent service and flexible schedule that worked perfectly for my needs. Scott was an excellent driver and provided superb customer service. Highly recommended! I booked through Ridebooker. Very satisfied and will use them again for Vancouver or Airport runs.

  They refuse to pick up or drop off at four seasons downtown Vancouver- we had to carry our luggage and our service animal across the road- Thank you to Four Seasons for helping us! This company also gave me a difficult time with my service animal. I even told them ahead of time and had all our documentation as we are used to traveling. The drivers were rude both directions but alas all you can do is make the most of it and be pleasant. They refused to drop us off at Marquise in whistler as driver would not go down driveway even though every other car had no issues. Again we had to lug luggage in a blizzard down the long driveway to get to our location. We tried to get a ride back to Four Seasons on our return trip and they would only take us to Hyatt but would drop others off at the Fairnont on the way. So again we had to lug our luggage off the van with our services animal down the street and around the corner. The funny or maybe sad thing was the shuttle then drove right past us walking to the hotel. And multiple Whistler shuttles went right past Four Seasons on our multiple block walk. Ok. If I could find another company that is reasonably priced I would use them instead. It’s a ride is the best thing I could say- Service is nil get your own luggage on van and walk multiple blocks- not door to door service-

  Very comfortable coach and great staff. Really nice to know we didn't have to drive after a long flight.

  This is a great service offering direct to door drop off to your home or hotel in Whistler or to the Creekside or Village loop. Well maintained vehicles and friendly knowledgeable staff driving them. The two hour guarantee on pre-booked pick ups from the airport is great and in the times I have used them I don't think I have ever waited that long at the airport
