  Usually a great spot for everything backcountry. BUT left my Scarpa boots there for 6 hours (1-7pm) yesterday to get a quick fix (2 small hinges broken) and they never got to them. They said things got too busy although the 3 times I was in there, there were barely any customers in the store... they also said there was only 1 tech that could do the job. Step it up Escape Route! I'll go somewhere else next time.

  Knowledgable staff to help you find gear for your next adventure. Bought a pair of backcountry ski boots here - really love them, but the staff here is small and they didn't have time to fit them when I came in.

  Took me a while to get around to this review, but this shop is a damn fine establishment with excellent and knowledgeable staff. My girlfriend and I were in Whistler in July and wanted to go camping. Not only were we able to completely outfit ourselves for the trip, but they gave us advice on where to go, what to see, and how to do it. Because of their friendly (and over and above what was expected) help, we were able to have a magnificent trip and a great experience. Highly recommend this place if you have any outdoor needs.

  Even when busy, when you're the next one in line you get the full attention of the staff. They go over and above to explain their gear. There is no up selling. If anything I got recommendations and information about jackets that I didn't know about that were cheaper than what I was originally interested in.
