    Do not offer the specials after you book the same service.

    Product does not last, GEL polish was peeling off after 1 day, all nails peeled by the end of the week.

    The therapist was professional and knowledgeable. I loved my mountain facial, it gave a nice uplift to my mid-week skiing face. It was pricey but worth it. They also let you in to Westin's hotel spa area when you book a treatment at Avello, I took the advantage of enjoying the spa's Eucalyptys steam sauna beforehands

    The staff are so friendly, and the spa is incredibly luxurious! Next time i might bring the wife!
