  Main reason for the poor rating was the poor service and organization in there. I understand that a minimum service charge is needed for a party of seven. The waitress did a much better job after her beginning a made a little bit of effort, however the bad attitude at the start was obvious, unnecessary, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

  First time visiting Whistler. Went to have dinner at Three Steps below. The food was horrible, asked for the check 3x before getting it. Horrible service and again horrible food. Don’t recommend

  Awesome fun service, waitresses know what they're talking about and even made an effort to seat us at a better table.

  Cool place to hang out underground. Not super busy on a Saturday around 10pm if you are looking for a place to eat. I got the duck tacos, they were okay. But I'd be curious to try other things on the menu. My friend got fries with his order and they were huge!

  Yikes... I've been coming coming to whistler regularly for the last 7 years, as a whole the level of service in the town is sky high. Three below felt like it was run by high 16 year olds. Waited 25 mins at our table to even get a food menu. Then the waitress told us that they weren't serving food to drop ins. (we had a reservation) my sister let her know(politely) that we had a reservation. A few minutes later, she brought the menus and after placing them at our places, conveniently let my sisters menu slam. It took quite a while for the food to arrive, but the parallel 49 lager was a good filler. Food was ok, standard BC comfort food.
