The nicest restaurant in Whistler village. Not only is the food excellent, it is prepared and presented beautifully, way beyond this person's ability. Service was kind and considerate. Worth every penny (nickel?).

This was the perfect place to share a dining experience with friends after a long day working up at function junction. Nestled in the heart of whistler village there were people passing by endlessly as seen from our window table. As an appetizer, tomatoe soup started things off nicely...The prawns and risotto I had as a main course had an abundance of flavour and a nice consistency. To finish the meal off, we shared a lovely lemon dessert. The dining room was overflowing with patrons all seemingly enjoying their dining experience as well...bravo! John K Welsh

Between the caliber of the food, level of service, graciousness of the management, atmosphere, and overall experience, we agree that this is the best restaurant we have ever eaten at. We will be back on our next trip to the coast. Thank you to all staff, front and back of house, for making our night so memorable.

Highly recommended! I only tried seafood. Every single thing I ordered was exceptional. Each ingredient kept its own character and flavor. The texture, taste, colors are perfectly balanced and complementing to each other. One of my favorite restaurants.

My husband and I had the pleasure of being served here on the evening of our wedding. We had taken off for the weekend to elope in Whistler, and had been referred to Araxi by our wedding pastor.

I'm not a swanky guy & this is a swanky place. Went to celebrate an anniversary with the beautiful wife but the atmosphere was a bit off. Food was superb but slow service is an understatement. Our waiter was a nice guy but wasn't around often. AND, who takes their little screaming kids to an expensive dinner??? The rich jerk snobs in Whistler. Still think the restaurant was nice but won't go back or recommend.

We started with Oysters Four Ways, and were speechless at how delicious they were. (We are from Alberta so good oysters are a rarity!). For supper, my husband had the roasted venison while I had a halibut feature. Entrees were well composed, well seasoned, well balanced, and perfectly portioned. For dessert we enjoyed a lemon tart and chocolate fondant. My husband enjoyed a bold glass of cab sauv and a scotch out of their thoroughly impressive available selections.

When we arrived for our reservation, we were greeted with excitement and joy as the staff were clearly celebrating our special day with us. The hostess promptly seated us, and we were almost immediately greeted by management who offered us sincere congratulations and a celebratory glass of bubbles. Our server, Tyler, was exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable, and personable.
