  Received a ticket 30 minutes after parking in the IGA lot. The machines/lot are NOT CLEARLY MARKED that you still need to register your license plate for the free hour. This parking company is trying to get those who are too lazy to dispute these nonsense tickets for the "free" hour we are supposed to get. Please improve your signage and processes, also your customer service needs MAJOR improvement. TLDR: do not park here

  they provide very bad customer service. the company just want money. when I send a second appeal for my violation ticket, they wouldn't have any response and close the appeal channel online. Never choose this parking company again!

  Beware of this Company and the parking lot. Most unfair, unethical practices and the worst customer service. I parked in the parking lot for 20 minutes and did not pay for a ticket because the pay station said that the first hour of parking was free. Came back to my car and got a ticket and called the Company the next day and the individual on the other end was very rude and condescending. He said that I still had to register my license plate however this is NOT CLEARLY MARKED at all on the machine. He would not deal with any appeals on the phone and you have to register online of which they never get back to you. Lesson learned: DO NOT PARK HERE.

  BEWARE- PRIVATE CO. UNETHICAL PARKING CHARGES- NO MESSAGES RETURNED-NO WAY TO REACH A PERSON> DISPUTES DISPUTED.
