  It was very busy when I was there a few days ago but despite all this it was kept clean. What was bothersome was a very wet doormat at the door from all the melted snow, but there were caution signs cautioning people to beware their steps. The rooms were clean and organized. My room, I requested for a change of sheets because I woke up with rashes all over my arms and legs. The staff were very apologetic and handled the situation very professionally. The kitchen has minimal utensils but it was enough to cook a basic meal, some of the dishes were dirty and needed to be rewarded but I think this is up to the job of the previous guests to clean. Maybe it should be checked by the hotel staff too? Overall not a bad place to stay with the price being such a steal.

  The room we stayed in was great, very comfortable beds. Had a full kitchen with fridge and oven. Super close to the ski lifts so we were able to come back to the room to relax between runs. A++ would do again.

  Location and rooms are good. The elevator is a bit slow and occasionally stops at floors regardless of what direction you called it in.

  Very good customer service and room service. When requested help, people were sent asap. Housekeeping was on point as they would clean at perfect times prior to sleeping. Beds were also comfortable felt like memory foam but not 100% sure. Overall, I recommend it.

  Whistler is a fantastic place to visit - best new years eve celebration in years - nice accommodations too...bring your wallet -worth every penny!
