  Bought a living social coupon expecting a high end b&b for me a my girlfriend. Exellent location, but very disappointed, here are my comments. We arrived slightly early (3pm) for the 4pm checkin and they didnt open the doors until 3:45pm. Room, bathroom and linens are basic - not luxurious. No in-room fridge and you cannot watch a movie (no dvd player or option to purchase) so your only option is tv with commercials. Hotub was broken, steam room is actually a shower with a steam option (like the ones you can install in your home). Even though we paid for 4 yoga classes, there were only 2 available to take during our stay (2 left unused). We had an early checkout and they could not accomidate a breakfast earlier than 8am. No flexibility here. The staff were nice, but for the price you pay (even with my coupon) I could of got a whole lot more, for a similiar price elsewhere in whistler. This place is way overly marketed for what you actually get.

  For the price we paid, I would have much more hospitality. I would suggest staying away from these guys unless you're expecting horrible service.

  We booked the entire chalet for the weekend of our wedding in Whistler. We were instructed to pick up the keys in Vancouver only to find out that the staff had forgotten we were checking in the day we had scheduled. Without any apology or any explanation (other than her cellphone was off), we arrived to the Chalet, with only 4 keys between 14 people, a cold hot-tub which wasn't adjustable, empty shampoo/soap in the bathrooms, and an ant infestation in the hallway and kitchen. When we brought these to the attention to the staff (which, mind you _never_ answer their phone, you'll have to wait until they get around to calling you back...), they didn't care.
