  My family & I stayed over new year & drove up in my truck. Greystone Lodge have underground parking which has a sign stating 6'8", implying vehicles of 6'8" can get in. Unfortunately this is not the case as they have a solid bar at the entrance & a steep ramp down into the parking lot, tipping the rear of a vehicle up as it goes in. The reality is 6'6" is the max vehicle height. I have struggled to get any response from the strata about this, & eventually got a very blunt & impersonal "NO" to my request for some help with the $1100 damage their parking lot caused to my vehicle. Be careful. Do not accept any signage they post as accurate, & certainly do not expect any level of customer service should you have an issue

  Nice lodge, easy access by shuttle nº5, hot tub and pool for the after ski relax.

  It was a fine lodge, but we had difficulty with the person from whom were were renting the condo, so that has effected my opinion of the place. Also, limited hot water. The front desk staff was extemely helpful and always willing to offer assistance and advice.

  Rooms are really nice, have heated floors in some of the bathrooms. Hot tubs and pool are good, maybe a little too hot but still nice and open till 10pm. Right off of one of the trails in Black comb, so skiing in and out is easy

  Good location and decent place but the housekeeping was not great. They came half way through and only changed the linens but didn’t clean the rooms, floors or bathrooms at all. The dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes, there was no dust pan, and some basic amenities weren’t included. The outdoor hot tub was a 4-person tub for the whole lodge so not great for crowds, which there were over the holidays.
