  Great place to stay. Dog friendly. BIG BONUS - my wife forgot her favorite boots there. We tried to arrange courier pick up. But crystal lodge had already parcel posted them to us. Reunite a woman and her shoes, you can do no wrong!

  Location is very centralized, rooms have been updated (queen suite, sleeping 6), Wi-Fi is strong. There are slight differences between rooms. We had two of the same class rooms, but one was definitely bigger and more spacious than the other. Good front desk reception, helped us out with switching over the room for the 2nd night. Would recommend for skiers and snowboarders. Not required for leisure visitors to whistler.

  Location is great, it is in the village and few yards from the gondola and very close to everything.

  The pool and hot tub are pretty great. The hot tub isn't big but we never had a problem finding space in there (fits about 10-12?). Was used every afternoon after snowboarding and it was really cool when it snowed at the same time.

  Whilst you could go and spend more elsewhere and get a more spacious room with fancier stuff - but why would you. Good job Crystal Lodge.

  The best part about the Crystal Lodge were the staff. They really are great. Very helpful on front desk. Very prompt bellmen with bags. Awesome housekeepers that made up our room every day. And great ski valet guys who took care of our skis and snowboards.

  There was a bit of noise through from the village stroll at night (drunks) and early morning (snow plows). It was a bit annoying but I guess that's what you get with the location which is probably the best location in all of Whistler. Close to all the important stuff.

  This place probably has the most attentive and friendly staff of any hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Simple things such as holding your luggage and them sending your luggage up to your room (without asking) while you are skiing is top notch in my books. The complementary drinks served at the end of the day in a great touch too! The two double bed room we stayed it wasn't huge but got the job done. Highly recommend!

  I stayed for five nights in January. I got a king room on the village stroll side. The room was not big, but it didn't need to be as it was just a spot for us to rest our heads. The furniture and fittings were basic and modern but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They do also have 'deluxe' rooms available but we didn't stay there.

  Staff is helpful. Not enough drawers to keep your clothes. Excellent for drying your gloves and mittens. Laundry is very convenient. We stayed in room 101 to 106 area, it was above the service truck loading area and we could hear the trucks backing up with loud beeps and loading noices.
