  Good location, walking distance to the Village. Room was very clean and fair size. But did find a few strands of hair on the pillow cases and bed sheets. There were no bathrobes, to go to the outdoor pool, in the room... had to request it from the front counter... their response was very quick. Their pool is heated and was great for a short swim. But don't expect a full sized pool. They also have a outdoor jacuzzi and an indoor sauna. Service was great.. very friendly and accommodating to my last minute requests. I would return again!

  Good location. Not directly in the middle of the village but a short 3-4min walk away from the stores and restaurants. The rooms are nice but a little small. Washrooms are very nice with a great shower. Good soaps and shampoos provided. Nice towels. Beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable. Okay sized TV in the room. Decent TV channel options provided. Room walls are okay but can still here neighbouring doors open and close and some what loud noises from other guests. Overall a good experience. Definitely not great and didn't leave me convinced on coming back for sure. But I would be open to staying here again and recommending it as an option to others staying in Whistler. Great stay for pet owners as pets are allowed.

  Decent hotel. Bed was soft and the couch was a bit weird but decent enough. Internet was quick. Bathroom was awesome but the floor gets super wet due to there not being a curtain or door on the shower. The worst part was them not being able to charge incidentals to the account that paid for the room. Instead they insisted that I pay for it despite me being on company business. Was rather annoying.

  We come up to Whistler often, usually we like to stay at hotels like Aava because they have a great pool, are family friendly and have excellent service. Today, after a great stay, we checkout late after getting a coupon for it, and got told that not only where we not alowed to use the coupon, but also the car charge of 10$ (Usually 25$ ) that the receptionist told us last night is a no go. After explaining it to the lady at the front we basically got told that we where lying. Seriously ? Hopefully next times better, usually we have no problems, but this one lady was pretty rude the entire trip. Way to make a loyal customer fell like not coming back

  You get what you expect. Nice comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. Storage for skis/snowboards. Facility for drying boots. Sauna and heated outdoor pool. The staff are very friendly. Walls in rooms are quite thin, we could hear an excited child in the neighbouring room in the mornings. Didn't try out the breakfast facilities. Small fridge in room came in handy.
