  Furthermore, during this time, they were taking the forest fires and air quality into account when designing the wod. While it is important to get a great workout, I appreciate the fact they valued the health of their athletes and designed based on being effective and safe. It really does say a lot for their care and consideration for our long term health.

  The coaches were cool, but I was a little surprised that the super friendly Canadian welcome was not in evidence. No one was rude, but it just had a self absorbed so-cal feel that I didn't expect. Not saying don't give it a shot, but don't expect to be welcomed with open arms as a drop in. Hopefully was just an off day.... Gave em five stars cause I don't want to mess up their ranking. Like I said owners and coaches were both skilled and welcoming.

  Great coaching and intimate class sizes. I went for a drop in after my redbull 400 dash was cancelled because of air quality issues due to forest fires. It was three of us with Austin leading the coaching. He was diligent with my form and encouraging. I was able to find a next 2 Rep max push jerk.
