  The staff at Whistler Fotosource were extremely rude. I had placed my order online and received a confirmation that the order had been completed. When I went to pick it up the staff member could not find it and proceeded to blame me that I must not have placed the order. Turns out it was just sitting on the counter. Additionally, when I placed the order online it said my total with taxes, however when I went to the store to pay I was charged an addition $9.00. The print quality was good but the customer service was terrible.

  I've had a lot of things done by the Fotosource crew here in Whistler. They've taken my passport photo, helped me print out resume's and I even purchased my point and shoot digital camera from them. Every time they have been helpful, which Is why I returned on several occasions. When I purchased my point and shoot Canon digital camera I asked them to price match London Drugs in Squamish. That saved me time and money of having to drive to Squamish, and they included some free print coupons so I will go back and print out my photos.

  Excellent service every time. Knowledgeable staff. I printed some canvases from these folks and they’re even better then the original photo. Was pleased to be helped by the owner and his son. They got a good thing going on.

  I broke my expensive Canon lens on my trip to Whistler, and they helped me out right away, and also charged up my battery!
