  Had an excellent experience at North Face today. Our salesperson Victoria was incredibly helpful and made sure we got a good pair of snow pants and was incredibly patient in helping us. Well done.

  I've been a devout buyer and evangelist of North Face gear -especially the Summit Series stuff- for about 15 years. My wife too. However, I bought a $700 Gore-Tex Pro shell at the start of the 2017/18 season and the first time out the powder skirt began to fall apart. I took it back to the store to be told that it would take 2-3 months to warranty it... Despite the fact I could see several of the same jacket in stock. So basically I'm now forced to buy another jacket if I want to snowboard this season. Now I understand why folks are ditching North Face for Arc'teryx and Rab. See ya North Face.

  I usually like shopping at the Vancouver locations and for some reason I thought this one would be even better. From the moment I walked in the door I just felt uncomfortable by the staff. Honestly maybe it was the fact I looked a little washed up because of the traveling I've been doing but that shouldn't have been a valid reason.
