  The lady (and the bad experience came down to her attitude) who said she'd do some trouble shooting to sort us out sent us bluntly back into the waiting area (after we asked after 45 mins again) mentioning that she won't help us till our pick up time.

  The Gentleman working there was so so helpful! He helped us with our car rental when it was super last minute! He also offered us a free upgrade to this sports car, which was so nice of him. We did decline because we're asian... and we were more concerned about having an economy car hahaha. Thank you again though! It was so nice to drive in such a fancy car!

  Unfortunately our experience wasn't so good. Came down in the morning to ask if we can pick up our car 1.5hrs earlier. Were confirmed that we can come down any time to pick our car. Checked out from the hotel to grab the car to be told by Avis that we now have to wait till our scheduled time unless we upgrade.
