    After my experience today with the bank manager at this branch I am going to cancel all of my accounts and move to a new bank.

    Went in with a couple of questions and got the worst customer service. I wanted to set up a travel card but when asking about it I felt the lady was rude and felt really uncomfortable. Ended up walking out without doing anything and very unhappy with the service I received

    The most useless and rude branch of any bank I have ever been to. The woman at the front desk has extremely bad customer service and does absolutely nothing to help customers with anything

    very rude and quick to call cops because of MISTAKEN IDENTITY or JUST DON'T LIKE NATIVES ...WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN ! WELL WORTH GOING TO SQUAMISH OR LILLOOET

    Pretty smooth and professional every time I go in there. The manager Paula was very helpful and straightforward with all of my requests. Happy that there is finally a CIBC branch in Whistler.
