You decide to close the main part earlier. But that small cafe that sells snacks and warm drinks...Really ? You have to have a dedicated staff member stand here, refusing to serve people a simple coffee before the last run down the station. What does it cost you to run a coffee booth 30 more minutes ?

I understand it costs to run a ski resort on the top left corner of America. You charge us big money for it, and we still come. But it is more of an attitude issue here. Really ? you cannot open a coffee booth for a few more minutes for your freezing customers to warm up before the last run ?

I was in the line. The last one. The staff member who was standing just behind me, deterring other customers, told me that I was so lucky because I made the cut. She told me like twice, like I won the lottery. She prevented like 20 people in less than 5 minutes to get coffee. It was really cold that day. She was also laughing about the situation with 2 of her colleagues which was very unprofessional, bragging about how many customers she kicked out of the line.

Service used to be great, seems like it has dropped off in the last year. Especially the food quality, great staff. Not worth eating here for the price. Go to rendezvous instead

And you have to tell them no, quite in a vicious way and treat them like cattle ? Yes, we are ready to pay this much to come and ski at your resort, I guess you now all see us as milking cows anyway.

Whistler/Blackcomb, really, you guys are pushing it a bit too far now. Soon, we will have to thank you and praise you to let us ski for 156 dollars a day and charging us 15 dollars for a waffle. + tax of course...

Great place to take a break from snowboarding/skiing! Nice views and cozy area. We went snowboarding here during the Christmas holidays.

I recommend the wrap/sandwich station. the tortilla holds the most food. It is pricey but you really get a lot of high quality food.

Less crowded than other lodges. We had French fries and coco. It seemed faster than other places on the mountain!
