  The movies are great and the staff are very nice. The popcorn is yummy but expensive and they only offer 1 size. Wish they took better care of the facilities - especially the bathrooms!

  The main issue I had was I was told to leave my can of ice tea outside, even though I had purchased popcorn for $10 at the theatre. Furthermore, the people I was with got in just fine with their outside food so I felt singled out.

  Yea, for New owners. They have invested in convenient ticketing. We bought tickets the day before at the kiosk and were waiting only 10 minutes for our Star Wars seats. Also the bathrooms although not great are improving. The women's bathroom had doors! Now in full disclosure there were a few that didn't lock. Seats are improving in the theaters as well. A much needed improvement in. There are still plastic covered seats here and there but fewer and the new seats are better.

  The movie was otherwise very enjoyable. The sound and picture were very good.

  Watched a movie there with my friends over the weekend. The theatres are small which Is fine because Whistler isn't big enough to accommodate a lot of movie goers.

  Sort of annoying that you have to go through a disgusting ground floor warren by the Starbucks to get wheelchair access to the theatre. Barrels of oil, garbage, bikes, rat traps and really, really gross carpets and floors down there. Probably outside their control, but perhaps they could pressure the building owners to fix this situation.

  Staff were very nice and apologized for the grossness we had to walk/wheel through. All the staff we encountered were great. It's the facilities not the people that earn it 2 stars from me.

  The other thing was my clothes reeked of oily fast food smell afterward. I assume from the popcorn machine. It seems to be infused into the dated seats. (Popcorn too salty, no real butter option).

  It has finally gotten better. Great local deals. Improved service. Improved surroundings. Just a bit more twisting on the actual cinema experience and washroom improvement and you're almost at a 5 *!
