  The company's rep brought her dog inside without getting permission and asking if someone had allergy to it or not, upon arrival.

  We stayed at this condo lodge during the 2010 Olympics and it was great. Condos are centrally located with deluxe insides. About a 5 minute walk to ski lifts with lots of shops along the way. Would recommend it for smaller groups who like to ski.

  There was a mud slide on the highway which prevented us from driving to Whistler. The owner refused to give us a refund even though the sea-to-sky highway from Vancouver to Whistler was closed. The owner also refused to allow us to change the date of our accommodation as it was purportedly not provided for in the contract. The owner suggested that we take the alternate route from Vancouver to Whistler which would've been a 7-8 hour commute (assuming no traffic) as opposed to a 1.5 hour commute. The owner was not accommodating or sympathetic at all given the uncontrollable circumstances. We really wanted to go to Whistler but it felt like the owner wanted to take advantage of the situation. We ended up losing our deposit.

  The location of the condo was great. The decoration was very unique and resembled Canadian heritage.
