  The 2 TVs in the room are basically the size of a large laptop screen and get 8 channels (2 French / 6 English).

  Very nice. Pool and hot tub are heated. Rooms are quite and peaceful.

  Clean and friendly service. Rooms were a little dated and parking spots are too small. UNFORTUNATELY, a majority of people drive big SUV type vehicles which would end up parked over their line.

  So, to sum up our visit; the accommodations are better than sleeping in your car, because at least the room did have a functioning toilet.

  Nice clean room with full kitchen and amenities. Easy free shuttle to the base of backcomb or Whistler. Quiet while we were there. Would recommend it and stay there again.

  When we checked in there was a $294 “Premier property fee” on our bill. We asked the young lady at the front desk what the charge was for and she either did not know or simply did not care to share with us as I still have not gotten an explanation. It didn’t cover parking (that was an extra $88), it didn’t cover housekeeping (that doesn’t exist), doesn’t cover laundry soap (better bring your own), doesn’t cover conditioner (only shampoo & body lotion)...

  If you are renting a vehicle to drive here, be aware that trying to park a full size SUV in the building’s garage will be 20 minutes for your life you cannot get back.

  This is our second trip to Whistler and to say this property was a disappointment after an amazing experience in 2017 would be a dramatic understatement. The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. I tried to hang up my sweater on the coat rack by the front door and the peg fell out in my hand.

  Three Lost Lake Lodge is nice enough. We had a sizable room with a nice balcony. It looked like some renovations had been done and a few things were not cleaned up after. Very convenient location to Whistler mountain. The parking lot is a little small and spots can be difficult to get in and out of.
