  Without a doubt my favorite machine shop in Canada! Randy took care of ya while we were working on a hydro dam close to whistler! Salt of the earth guy!

  The customer service here is appalling. If you can get the job done anywhere else PLEASE do! I would have stayed away from this place if I had known how terrible the owner was. He is verbally abusive and has zero respect for his customers. I had tried to get a small job done by this company, I had asked them if they had time and they said yes. They broke the item so much that I could not use it anymore. They "fixed" it again and even that was worse, then said "we don't have time for this small job". I had to demand they fix it as I literally couldn't run my business without it. After finally getting them to agree to fix it I was met with a screaming owner telling me that I didn't have respect for his time. All I wanted was a job done the way I asked and not broken. He never let me say anything and just continued to scream and swear at me while his male employees stood around and watched. Luckily, I had one of his female employees tell me to let him calm down because he was stubborn, it was as if he was always like this.
