Ingrid’s has really tasty vegetarian sandwiches filled with fresh ingredients. This past visit I grabbed a sandwich to-go to eat in my hotel. I loved the marble bread and the sandwich tasted homemade which is refreshing when you travel.

Excellent sandwiches, wraps and a quick and friendly service. My favourite is the chickwich wrap, or breakfast avocado wrap- both full of flavour and always fresh salads! I regularly get a take-out for lunch or eat-in if there’s space. Small patio is basic but great to watch the world go by. It’s a small locally run place that’s good value and fresh tasty food in a very casual atmosphere.

We opted for 2 items of the menu, a breakfast wrap and 2 coffees.Food was edible but not great. The eggs had shells in them. Coffee was okay, but seemed watered down.Seating is cramped. The staff were friendly.

Some gluten-free options. But it was small and busy.

Love this place for the down to earth sandwich bar / deli. I do particularly like the selection of veggie options and tend towards getting the veggie burger or the pesto veg wrap (both great). The coffee is good, as are the soups and even the baked goodies (try a nanaimo bar if you're wanting something Canadian :))
